Be specific and constructive
Use a clear title. Include the device, player version, connection type and exact symptom. Explain what you tried and whether it changed the result.
Protect private information
Never post passwords, full playlist links, portal tokens, billing details, phone numbers or someone else’s email address. Crop or redact screenshots before sharing them elsewhere.
No unauthorized access or spam
No credential exchanges, stolen playlists, piracy requests, malicious downloads, unsolicited selling or repeated promotional links. Discuss technical problems and service experiences without publishing private access details.
Describe experience honestly
Do not invent ratings, pretend to be a customer, impersonate another user or claim a website is officially certified without evidence. Disclose a relevant commercial relationship.
Moderation
New topics and replies enter a review queue. Moderators can approve or reject posts, lock discussions, suspend accounts and handle reports. Use the report action for an issue; explain which part of the content needs attention.
Mark useful outcomes
A topic owner or moderator can mark an approved reply as the accepted answer. This highlights a useful result without making a general guarantee about every device or service.
