Separate video from schedule data
The TV guide is metadata that may refresh on its own schedule. A working video stream with an empty programme grid points to guide configuration or source data, not automatically to a broken connection.
Check device time and player refresh
On Google TV, confirm the correct time zone and open the player guide refresh option. The home screen, remote and voice-search behaviour can affect how easily the grid is used.
Record what is missing
List two specific channels and the date/time where EPG entries are blank. Compare the supplier’s current guide support and contact them with these precise examples.
Before paying for a longer plan
Confirm the total charge and currency, permitted connections, app fees and renewal route. If your goal is a reseller account, check the brand-specific credit rule rather than using a retail plan as a price proxy.
